Living an Accessible Life Project: Reflections on Our Journey

From October 29 to November 5 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to gather in Ankara for the "Living an Accessible Life" project. With participants from Hungary, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey, Macedonia and Spain, this Erasmus Plus initiative brought together a diverse group of youth workers to focus on accessibility, inclusion, and raising awareness about disability.
Our days were filled with dynamic activities designed to bridge gaps, foster understanding, and challenge misconceptions about people with disabilities. Our partner organizations are committed to sustaining the momentum generated by this project. By sharing our experiences and insights, we aim to inspire others to prioritize accessibility and inclusion in their work.
We’re proud to contribute to the larger goal of creating an accessible, equitable world where everyone can thrive. Together, we’re breaking down barriers—step by step.
